Base Base stats The base stats are specific to the Pokémon species. IVs Individual Values [IVs] IVs can be thought of as the individual Pokémon's genetics. They are unique to the individual and cannot be changed. Values range from 0 to 31 and are a direct bonus to each stat. EVs Effort Values [EVs] EVs are points gained by the Pokémon through effort and training. By visiting the Dojo, you can use Training Bags to power up. This is the only number you can directly affect.
