A rather quiet and simply downtrodden seeming individual, Roo doesn't quite look like one that others really take to be capable of much. Despite this, he is talented at both battling and being incredibly responsible. He always tries to cheer sad people and Pokemon up in any way he can. To those who know him, Roo is the sweetest character ever. He has an incredibly enjoyment with dancing and surprisingly, cooking.
