Winter was the last pokemon overall to be caught by Khrune in the Galar region Winter was found when its leg was broken. Khrune who was lost managed to aid it. The absol fled but returned when Khrune was attacked. It led the other pokemon under Khrunes ownership to a cave and watched the others aid their when she was knoked uncoincious from the attack. Winter stayed and held guard. When Khrune awoke, Winter came to her as it and the other pokemon were relieved when their trainer regain counciousness. When Khrune called her pokemon back she thanked Winter for the help. Winter stopped Khrune and looked at her bag. It then got a pokeball out from the bag and placed it before Khrune, signalzing the desire to be caught and join her. Khrune accepted and since then her and Winter have had an unbreakable bond.
