Roamer's Gardevoir

Gardevoir belongs to the trainer's mother, who was her first Pokemon on her own journey. Of her five Pokemon, Gardevoir played the largest role of raising the trainer, even teaching him the finer points of meditation. She is also the strongest of his mother's Pokemon, having once carried her to the Hoenn Pokemon league, where she failed, and retired from Pokemon battling, as becoming champion was not her goal anyway. Gardevoir will nearly always be the first to be aware of the trainer revisiting home. She would then let his mother know. Apparently the apple did not fall far from the tree. A Ralts was the first Pokemon the trainer caught, although it was not his official first Pokemon. Gardevoir would later test the then-evolved Gallade in a series of Psychic trials, which he passed with no trouble, much to Gardevoir's surprise. When the trainer caught wind of this, he thanked her, telling her that Gallade had been wanting a test of that nature for quite some time. To this day she continues to accompany the trainer's mother, and will continue to play a significant maternal role in the trainer's life.
