Name: Uto Gender: Male Pokemon: Magcargo Plot Development: None so far Plot Development Ideas: He is a friend of Master's and one day comes into the village to retrieve Akio and Xizu. When Xizu refuses, he angrily responds in a battle, losing. This causes Xizu to be thrown into a dungeon, heavily guarded by guards, while Akio is taken to Master. He overhears Master talk to the starter about him being "replaced" and Uto being "put into the village". In a panic, he gets away and is taken in by the Flying Tribe. Not as a slave, though. As a citizen.
