Modest yet kind, Regina is a shiny Persian that often doesn't reflect her namesake or her species. Yet, she takes pride in being called the mom friend of her group. 'Heathers' was a big part of Biscuit's home life as a 12-13 year old. Her sibling often talked about the musical and film, as their hyperfixation focused on it. This caused Regina and J.D. to be named after the characters. Regina, unlike her movie counterpart, is very against bullying. She holds fundraisers, assemblies, and events surrounding anti-bullying projects, even if it's likely that no one will listen to her.
