Titter is a fairly relaxed and carefree character. She is one to follow fate and has an extremely go-with-the-flow demeanor when it comes to about anything. With this, she is also one to "stop and smell the roses", and will always take her time and look through a rose lens at life. It is easy for one to notice that she is useless in urgent and important circumstances.
