I've found Pokefarm Q to be VERY inviting and easy to use! There are a LOT of challenges you have to complete along the way, but each one has a nice reward you can receive. Everything can be bought with ingame currency (barring several item) but even those can be obtained through other methods.
The only problem I've found is that I can't stop playing! Each time I try to log off I go "Come on..just ONE more party click.." and that turns into another nine or ten party clicks, and by that point I've forgotten what I was logging off to do!
All in all, I love this site and can't WAIT to see what new features are unleashed, and i what ways it will grow and evolve!

PokefarmQ is the best way to pass the time, and the more you learn about it the funner it becomes. From simply hatching eggs to participating in fun tournaments, there's hundreds of things to do. Love it so much!

Pokefarm is a really great site in most aspects. It has been coded and recoded so much that it works spectacularly, fast and with features very well thought out.
It's so addictive too, I've been playing on and off for 6 years now. What keeps me coming back is the feeling of progress and goals, something that the original games had a lot of too. Also, very relaxing!
Probably the best part is just the game mechanics. Its very intricate but easy to learn and learn more as you go on. It also works well as I said and I encounter very few bugs.
This makes for a great foundation; most of the things that aren't perfect are just surface, not imperative to the function of the site.
For example, I don't like the market. We used to have the shop, and I think it was a lot better. I dont think that users should be create such a capitalist economy for only like, an evolution stone. This may be biased as I got used to fairly easy to obtain items through the shop, but I don't like markets like this in other websites either. Also, the staff doesn't seem that friendly! It's not necessarily that bad of a thing, but it's a bit surprising and offputting sometimes. I totally understand that you all have a lot to deal with, and I can't really think of how to say this without being rude, but I'm just used to like, customer service being a priority! Then again, this is a website, not a company.
Another thing that I dont think is really helping the site is some of the design and art elements. I don't mean to offend anyone, and as an artist myself I do honestly like most of it and think it's pretty well done, but there is art in a lot of differing styles, some of it much newer than others, and a lot of it seems done very quickly or without too much thought. This is kind of true for the sprites and egg sprites as well, they seem to be made without much care, and almost too simple. And I promise, I'm not just bitter that I wasn't hired as a spriter!
I am a bit bitter about having to restart my pokedex multiple times though :^)
And like I said, a lot of the design of the site looks weird to me. I actually like it quite a bit for its weirdness, but I can't really say that it looks very good!
One thing that is really great about this website though, especially in the recode, is that the mobile version works so well! I almost prefer it to the desktop. Really a wonderful job.
Overall, its a terrific site. I focused mostly on the negatives here because I'm sure it gets so many compliments, but I just want all of the staff to know you're doing great and please keep up the good work. This site is a part of my life, and everything you all do means a lot to me.
I hope I didn't ramble too much! Thank you for accepting reviews and I hope it goes swimmingly!

So this site has some great features, but first, allow me to tell you why this site is so awesome: everyone gets to enjoy it! From veteran players to people who just learned about pokémon yesterday (if those people exist) even my 12 year old sister enjoys it and she doesn't even understand english that well (we are dutch ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) but that aside, there are a lot of adults on here too (probably more than children tbh), which proves my point, Pokéfarm is for everyone!
Okay next, this site isn't just clicking eggs if that's what you thought, it's a lot more than that.
You can fill up your dex, meet new people (from all around the world!), send Pokémon on scour missions, plant berries, participate in tournaments and a lot more. We also have an awesome staff that aims tot improve this site even more.
The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because I only give top scores to masterpieces on MyAnimelist 😂

I very much enjoy this site. The premise is fun, the community is great, there are so many intriguing goals to fulfill, depending on what you want to do, everything's well-balanced, and events are there to draw you back in.
From what little I know about coding, it's excellent. There are few errors, it's rarely laggy, and just works well.
If I had any complaints... hmm...
- Still no minigames (:P)
This wouldn't be a complaint, really, but they've been advertised on the main webpage since I joined, over a year ago. I totally get it, coding takes time and the recode was more necessary, but I was always a bit confused about them. It doesn't really need changing or anything now, but that was weird. (also I am SO excited for the minigames :))
- Weird Market Prices
Now, the market functions well for the most part... but the lowest price for an Ice Stone is 790,000. :/ It'll probably fix itself after time, when Ice Stones become just as common as any other, but right now it's sorta broken. I'm not sure what could be done to fix it (maybe being able to buy them for 3k credits from a travelling trader for a limited time or something??? idk just tossing out ideas here). Apart from that, the market's nice and I enjoy it.
I'm not sure if it would be possible or a good idea, but I think having GP as an option in the market would be nice.
... after typing all this, I realize I should probably have gone to the Suggestions forum.
I'm just gonna submit this anyway. Again, good job staff! Your hard work is noticeable in just how good the site is, and the art is beautiful too :).

As a long-time user, I can confidently say that PokéFarm Q is quite literally the single most enjoyable website that I have ever gotten to be a part of. This is where my love for Pokémon was able to thrive, this is where I met a few pals, this is where I learned to code, so this is important to me and I'm glad to have stuck around.
The game works incredibly well usually, with only a slight hiccup now and then. In fact, the only time I have really noticed any kind of lag since the server upgrade was during the last few days of the Twelve Days of Christmas event. However, as I've seen Niet mention, that's an issue that can potentially be remedied at least somewhat. This brings me to my next point.
There is constantly development going on, and I mean that in a good way. For the time being there's always something to look forward to. This is a pro for both the website itself and for the community, since users get new features to enjoy which results in them sticking around when they otherwise might not have. I have another teensy note on this, but I'll get back to that shortly.
While I don't role play at all, I do use the forums to work on coding projects from time to time. The BBCode available to users is, as far as I'm aware, far more extensive than on most other forums, while still being restricted and simplified enough that it's safe and easy to use. Coders rejoice!
The staff do an amazing job of what seems to be essentially cleaning up other people's messes, something that I quite frankly feel that they don't get enough credit for. However, through the site chat and live streams, users are still able to see that the staff is comprised of normal people just like them. This helps to reduce any feelings of nervousness or intimidation between the general user base and members of staff. On top of all that, PokéFarm Q has a talented graphics team making sprites and other high-quality digital found throughout the site.
The only actual complaints that I have are essentially superficial. The first that comes to mind is related to the site's design. While PokéFarm Q provides users with the ability to create custom skins to alter their personal look of the website — a feature that is much appreciated, might I add — the default skin is not very easy on the eyes. While I find green to be oddly fitting, the default skin coloration is incredibly bright to the point that I find it genuinely hard to look at for more than a few minutes. On top of that, the recent design tweaks added box-shadows to some elements of the site. However, these are fairly basic, and end up looking more like a "box-glow" than a box-shadow, which somehow looks out of place in my mind. Ah, and all the rounded boxes are kind of funky, though I think that that's entirely my own opinion and of course not something crucial to one's experience with the game.
The other is quite understandable, but a hope of mine nonetheless. I have spoken to Niet himself about this and while my proposal was rejected with valid reason, I still find myself wishing that there were a way for regular users to try new features before their official release, something that is currently restricted to members of staff. While this undoubtedly would have to have some restriction to who may participate if it were to be implemented, from a development standpoint it seems logical to assume that the more input that the programmer has on a project, the better it can become even before it goes public.
But I've saved the most crucial part of this website for last. PokéFarm Q has one of the best online communities that I have ever seen, and I'm not using those words lightly. I had left for about 16 months before returning on 01 March 2016, and I was honestly a bit worried that I would have missed so much that I basically wouldn't know what to do. I had missed a lot, yes, but everybody was so helpful upon my return. Nobody seemed to be frustrated by all of my questions or made remarks about my "noobishness," they simply respectfully answered my questions to help me back on track. Since then, even, the community has grown significantly and hasn't lost its charm in the slightest. In fact, it keeps getting better as more and more people are brought together. And while it almost feels as though it's interrupting the rest of this review, it's definitely worth noting that because this community is generally so welcoming and helpful, I find it to be, much like the official Pokémon franchise, a community that is safe for children to be involved in while also allowing for adults to not feel as if they don't belong.

I like the game its fun but one thing, I've been waiting for a while for the ability to interact with your pokémon and (like) play games with them. Also to just play games for credits every so often, not infinite times (cool down) cause that would be op. Thanks for adding a review system I've wanted to tell you my feed back. Thanks :)

for the most of pfq I enjoy the play, I can't afford to buy all the extras, which kinda sux for me, I also was on the first pf, lost all my awesome pokemons. sad about that, there was a cute game on the first one, visiting the other worlds, was fun. find the odd bug but corrects itself, would like more scours, I don't understand the hypermode at all, just that it costs a lot. Otherwise I do enjoy playing pfq.
