Keeping the neck fur of Meowstic on itself, May you add the "wings" of jirachi onto the body also?

In this scenario, [!!Username3!!] has not provided a base for the requested fusion. Once the necessary information has been provided, [!!Username3!!] will change to [Username3]
Please note that some of these sprites (animations, fakemon, etc) take a much longer time to make (than recolors, retypes, fusions, etc). In general, I will complete other, less time-consuming orders before tackling these more complex sprites.
