Long ago, about fifty years, there was a small tribe of animals that lived deep in a forest. The forest, for the longest time, had been untouched by man. The small group of animals lived happily, never worrying about a thing. That was, until one day, the first human ever stepped foot in the forest. Two of the youngest animals were out playing in their favorite clearings. The youngest smallest one had never really learned to talk right. It would always just make a "Keek" like noise. The other one, the smaller one's brother, was often pushy and bossy towards the younger one. Though, the younger one still enjoyed hanging out with it's brother. The two were playing when they heard a noise. They both stopped and turned towards where they heard the source of the noise. What they saw, was something they had never seen before. It was a a tall slender figure, with a slender face, and long blonde hair. Something about the way it looked, the two could see it must be female. It was also furless, apart from the fur on top of her head. It carried itself like it didn't want to be there. The thing took one look at the animals and the took a weird stick like thing with a spider web attached to it. She let out a sad sigh and walked slowly towards the two animals. Both of the creatures could see that this might not be good. She could be a predator for all they knew. Both creatures took off running. The younger one was a lot slower and smaller so it quickly feel behind. it desperately called to it's brother to come back, but the older one was long gone. The last thing the smaller one new was the weird spider web coming down over it's head, before it passed out from fright. A good while later, about a few hours, it woke up to a bright light being shone in it's face and a deep voice mumbling something. The young creature's eye's finally adjusted enough to see it was another one of those weird,tall,furless creatures. Though this one had shorter, almost no fur at all on it's head, it was also not as slender. The thing had it's backed turned towards the young creature, so it couldn't see the face, but, just the way the thing held it's self, the young creature decided it was a male. The furless thing from earlier, the female, walked in just then. The two creatures started conversing in a weird language that sounded like grunts from the male, and slight tittering from the female. The male turned towards the creature, now the young creature could see it has a little bit of fur on his chin too. It gave a slight smile when it looked at the young creature, then said something else to the female. He turned back towards the small animal and smiled again, but this smile wasn't joyful or kind like the last one, this smile was sinister and made the poor creature tremble. He then said something, the words were lost on the creature, but the meaning wasn't. It knew, the nightmare was just beginning. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It was about a few months later, the poor animal had been put through all kinds of test and poked with a lot of sharp things. It decided it didn't care for the male thing, which it now knew was called a "human". But the female one was kind to it, even sneaking it strawberries when the male wasn't watching. It also learned that the two were brother and sister, when it thought of this it made it miss it's own brother. It also learned to under stand the weird language in which the conversed, though sometimes it wished it hadn't. It was one day when the animal was resting in the thing it learned was called a "cage" it heard the two humans talking. "I've thought of something great Juliet!" The male one exclaimed excitedly. "It's big, a new discovery... And keek here will be the test subject." Keek was the name they had picked for it. The female, Juliet, gave a slight worried smile before asking. "What would that be Simon?" Simon gave one of his wicked grins, starring at Keek. "I've found a way to take animal dna and inject into another animal.. Hehe, I'll make my own creature... I'll be famous." Keek shuddered again when it saw the evil glint in Simon's eyes. Juliet saw it too, but made no comment. Though Keek could see it saddened her a lot to hear this. "I was thinking, this creature would make a great test subject for the first batch I made. I used owl and mouse dna." Simon laughed, his evil laugh that keek hated, it always meant bad things.
