How does Collectors Price work?

I've seen in a few threads regarding selling/buying summons at collectors Price. I figured it's a special price for collectors but how is it decided? What is the standard for it? (15% off market price or no less that x amount of zc for example) Trying to figure out prices for things has been a struggle as I'm not great at reading the market especially with prices inflating often 😅

Generally, it's a price decided by the collector, but it's usually 10-20% off MP

I always thought it was a fixed price that didn't fluctuate with the Market. So maybe it's 20zc at all times, even if the market is sometimes higher or lower. It's a guaranteed sale price, rather than getting the current variable rate. This is good for the seller as they know they'll get that price for it instead of less or having to wait for the market price to increase. It's also good for the buyer as they can budget their currency and have an idea how much it'll cost them to do the hunt.
