How to make TR icons small in bbcode

G'day, I'm currently making a section in my journal to show type race stuff but when I try to put the images of the team icons in they end up absolutely massive like this:
Does anybody know how to make them small so I can make them into a nice little tiny team rotation and best points display thing?

There's a special code for the small icons! It's a variant of the type BBCode:
[type=flying] [type=flying/V]
Note that the V must be capital, it'll throw an error if it's lowercase.
