Been growing a lot of berries, do I do anything special with them? Or just sell them from my inventory?
The main thing berries are used for is to make pokeblocks which are used for contests stats, you can read more about those here:

Some of the special berries are also used to change your trainer's outfit color!

With some patience, berries can also net you some Credits when sold from the inventory. They're not worth that much and you'd need to sell a lot of them to get a decent amount of money, but it's an option!
