breeding variants?

how do I breed/hatch pfq variants? is it just a low chance even if both parent pokemon are variants to get the variant egg?

I have a whole guide about breeding variants here ^^ But yes, in general, you will get majority "regular" eggs and minority variant eggs, even when using the most optimal breeding methods.
