Uh oh

I'm using Kinaster as a design for my avatar, but i read somewhere on the forums that you need permission to use Exclusive designs (Such as Kinaster). I don't know if that means just the PokeFarmQ official sprites, or art created based off them (Such as my Avatar). Am I gonna get in trouble for having Kinaster as my avatar? (If your curious the Kinaster i'm using in my avatar is based off my male Kinaster named Kit-Maru.

No, you won’t get in trouble I don’t believe. The rule applies to when used offsite or making a design offsite as a commission or for personal use, as you must credit PFQ as the designer of the species, in this case, for Kinaster! Since you’ll be using it onsite, I think it is allowed. To be on the safe side, you might want to include “species belongs to PFQ” but that’s up to you ^^
