Help with raising Toughness

I'm trying to get my Inferial to evolve, but I don't know how else to raise the Toughness stat without Pokeblocks. I can't feed him anymore so I'm lost as to what I can do. Any ideas?

If you don't have enough Toughness but max sheen, buy Burnt Blocks at the tourney shop. This will reset all sheen and appeal. Consider using Pokeblock+ whenever possible.

Here's some blocks that should work:
- Olive V (Rowap), not +, even if it hates sour food.
- Olive IV (Belue), not +, if it loves sour food.
Some that may work but I haven't tested:
- Yellow II+ (Wepear), but you'll need a *lot* of them.
- Gold E (Apicot), maybe not if it hates sour... if it does hate sour, a couple +s mixed in might help.
