Evolving Milcery

Its says give it a sweet and spin. I gave it a sweet , but how do i spin it?

Two things. 1) Sweet Apple is not used for the Milcery evolution. The items should be listed here. Sweet Apple is used for a different Pokémon evolution. 2) To spin, you have to rotate the Pokemon in the dress up feature.
