I'm very excited for the Splatoon 3 splatfest premiere to say the least! Especially as I've almost completely missed out on Splatoon 2 - I only managed to make it to the second to last splatfest (not counting the bonus ones) because it took me that long to get the game and console - so this will be a great opportunity to experience Splatoon while it's sizzling hot. My excitement is off the scale.

Just a couple of warnings:
● There is a none glitch regarding changing nicknames. If you are unable to, close the software and reboot. You should be able to now!
● Disconnects are starting to pop up. Matches are stopped if ANYONE DCs and it will be a No Contest. Be prepared!

I hope everyone had a great time with Splatfest! Tri Color battles are fun, but hard. There are definitely a lot of habits I need to break for Splatoon 3, but this game is going to be so much fun!
glad to hear i wasn't the only one who was bad at those, haha. 80% of the time I lost Tri-color turf wars.
my final ratio was 16 wins and 20 losses. not very good, but haven't been playing splatoon for long, not to mention i was constantly matched up against pro players sometimes
It is something new and takes some practice. We will get there eventually!
I will be locking this thread by the end of the day. I'd love to open it up again for the next Splatfest, but it might be deleted by then. ^^;
