Keperstof was outside the guild entrance as she looked up "Alright. This is it!" She entered the place, shocked at how big yet crowded it was. It was the new recruitment event after all, and Kep was ready to start, managing to reach the front desk and saw another pokemon near her. It seemed to be a hybrid of a axew and shuppet "Oh hi there!" Keps small snorunt arms waved at them

LuckyCharm just barely missed the Shuppew on his way in. Confused, LuckyCharm looked around for the Shuppew but instead caught her eyes on a Pokemon that looked like a Snorunt but also had features like a Mareep. “Hi, are you new here?“ asked LuckyCharm. “You must be one of the new recruits.“

eddie turned around to see a snorunt with the features of a mareep waving at him "oh hello"eddie waved back with a faint smile "are you also here for the recruiting event?" he asked while examining the snorunt's features "oh my name's eddie by the way" he stuck out his hand in the corner of his eye he saw a scorbunny coming towards them but as they got closer he realized that it had the features of a Milcery

A Galarian Rapidash/Lucario fusion noticed the trio of Pokémon at the front desk as he was walking by. He looked around to see if anyone else could handle it, but as the only other members inside right now were lugging things outside, he figured it'd be up to him to deal with this situation. He quickly leaped over the front desk so he could get behind it. "Greetings you three. Welcome to the Alliance Expedition. How could I be of service to you?" he asked politely, giving a warm smile as he spoke. The Petimy eventually shuffled her way out of the tall grass and found a road which gave her a straight shot to the town. It probably wasn't the smartest thing to trail off the path in search of food but she got a couple of tasty berries from the bushes so she figured it was worth it. And hey, she didn't get lost. She picked up the pace as soon as she got on to the path, but couldn't shake off the feeling that someone was watching her.

It wasn't just in the plaza surrounding the guild. The whole town was in a festive mood; more pokemon gathered around, more kids wandering or talking among themselves. It couldn't have picked a worse time to arrive. Well, no need to ruin the townsfolk's mood with its haunting presence. Maybe it should return to the forest. Wait for the party to end and come back once it's dark enough to stand out less. The ghost turned and, giving the building towering over the crowd, floated away in the direction of the main entrance - or where it supposed the main entrance was. As it passed by houses and small closed-for-the-day businesses, the noise from the congregation became less and less noticeable until it was a low murmur behind its back. Less pokemon were around too. No, it seemed to be alone now. The entrance sign was visible now, a tall thing standing several feet ahead. Beyond it was the lush forest where it took refuge these past days. After giving one last look at the town behind and the clear, cloudless sky, the ghost let out a small sigh and passed past the sign in the direction of the forest. Or could have headed to hide in the nearest bushes hadn't it noticed a small figure in the road cutting through the dense foliage of said shrubs. A Pokemon, apparently. A regular? Or a newcomer? It didn't know. It... Probably shouldn't care, either. Regardless, it should avoid scaring them. So, hoping it hasn't been seen, the ghost moved to stay crouched behind a bush lining the path, tail and head kept under its cloak so only the green tattered cloth was visible.

Edaerith smiled and nodded to Terracotta, “I know what you mean! I can’t imagine where I’d be if I didn’t have Baya backing me up all these years!” She giggled as the pink Sableye approached them, “We’ll all have lunch inside at the main dining hall to welcome our new recruits. Perhaps you will find a future teammate there?” she offered. “Oh, Baya,” Edith waved as he approached, “I think most of the preparations are done in terms of decorations. If you don’t mind, would you stay here to welcome new recruits? I want to go check on the kitchen and see how they are doing on food preparation.” She shifted her weight back and forth between her feet as she spoke, making a slow swaying motion. It was a quirk of hers, usually occurring when she was deep in thought. She tapped her pencil against her mouth, “I know I checked this morning and we should have everything. LuckyCharm even grabbed some more berries this morning.” — Zero rolled over in her bed- a small nest made of various pillows and blankets- and groaned. Waking up was the hardest part of the day. She shifted to sit up slowly, looking out the window of her room. There were so many people hustling about! With a squeak, Zero leapt from the disorganized chaos that was her bed and shook out her fur, “I can’t believe I forgot what day it was!” She groaned: surely she had not missed all the festivities? With a pause to check her fur in the mirror, she quickly scrambled out of her bedroom door, down the stairs, and outside to the main courtyard, almost knocking over a group of three Pokémon on her way out, “Sorry!” She yelped as she ran past.

"I'd be more than happy to!" he replied cheerfully with his large grin not faultering even a bit. However, in his head, he kept replaying what Edaerith said. Was it already almost lunch time? Did cleaning the Guildmasters' office really take that long? He could of helped his employees with the setting up of the festivities to recruit members that wanted to join the guild HE co-founded. Something about that didn't sit right with him, and his smile loosened a little from that. Grace picked up the pace slightly. "Oh, I know!" she thought to herself. "Someone must be hiding from me. They must of heard about how I managed to slip away from that wacky Mr. Mime thing using my superior skills and intelligence!" She giggled to herself at the thought of her outmanuevering any baddie that got in her way. As she neared the bush with the odd tattered cloak-shaped leaf swaying slightly within, her mind kept wandering about how strong she would become and what she would look like upon evolving. She really hoped it would be something cool!

Eddie looked in relief as a lucario hybrid answered the bell. But as he opened his mouth to speak another hybrid came running down the stairs in a hurry and and bumped into him and the other Pokémon he was with. He tumbled back but thankfully grabbed the counter to catch himself. "Jeez where to in such a hurry" he said as a sweat drop appeared on his forhead. "Ah yes" he stood up and faced the lucario hybrid "I am here to sign up for the recruiting event" as he looked back at the two other Pokémon "Are yall here for the same thing?"He asked

Terra waved hello to the Sableye and nodded at Edith. "Okay, I can look there and say hi to everyone while I'm at it." She left the two with a wave and floated off to go inside and take a shortcut to the courtyard. Heading inside, she saw a group of newcomers coming in to register and sign up, and Terra's eyes lit up. This was her chance! Excited, the Munna floated over. "Hi," she said quietly as she noticed the two Pokemon, a Snoreep and a Shuppew, were both signing up with someone at the counter. Noticing them together, she held the disappointment that they probably came together. Unless... Holding aside assumptions, Terra took in a breath of courage. Asking wasn't bad! "Welcome to the Guild!" She greeted both cheerily as she got closer. "It's nice to see new faces around here. Are you two a team?" (For some reason when I came to reply, some posts seemed to disappear? So sorry if I miss anything :c )
