I planted pecha berries a day or two before the current tournament started and now they're just perpetually stuck growing in the garden so I can never harvest them.

They only take 12hrs to grow so you need to water them every few hours and after 12hrs harvest them. If you leave them 24hrs, they'll be back to original planted stage I believe (I have never left them that long but I have heard this before).

As Goatlady stated, the berries will eventually "drop" and then have a chance at regrowing. I just had this happen to me because I completely forgot to harvest my last batch yesterday lol.
