Unhappiness

Hello I'm trying to evovle my Kitworm and see it needs unhappiness. Besides using the trick of putting it in a field it dislikes are there any other methods? Also, to evolve it to Moffkat does it have to be Purrpa first or is this like a split evolution where I need 2 to get each form?

The only other method of reducing happiness is trading it if it's above the "default" happiness level pokemon hatch at. Otherwise, you just gotta wait.
And it needs to be Purrpa first, you only need one!
