What field have you been putting it in and can you toss a link to the Pokémon in question? Also, how like have you been keeping them in the fields?

https://pokefarm.com/summary/jRKk_ I started out putting her in the ground type feild....because well....ground type. But I noticed their happiness dropped to 0. As well as all the other gliscors in there. So I thought 'oh maybe since they're like bats they want a dark field!' But its still stayed at 0. Here are the others: https://pokefarm.com/summary/Vy3Q8 https://pokefarm.com/summary/jGRJG As for how long thye've been there, they were in the ground field for a long time....the dark field for about two weeks? A Pokémon's Happinesses is affected by their Field. This depends on the type matchup between the field's type (attacking) and the Pokémon's type (defending). Pokémon are happiest in a field that either matches their type or is supereffective against their type. The different effects of this include: Typeless Field: No effect on Happiness. Field is 4x effective: Pokémon loves Field. Field is 2x effective: Pokémon likes Field. Field is 1x effective: Pokémon is neutral towards Field. Field is 0.5x effective: Pokémon dislikes Field. Field is 0.25x effective: Pokémon hates Field. Field is 0x effective: Pokémon despises Field. A Pokémon's affinity towards a field can result in Happiness loss/gain. A high Happiness can cause some Pokémon to evolve.
Basically, you need to consider the Pokemon's type in general. Gliscor is a ground/flying Pokemon. Since it's pretty much immune to ground moves, it doesn't like the ground fields. If you want it to gain happiness, put it in a water, ice or flying field. It's neutral with dark field since it's a 1x effective against Gliscor.
