Is the list for relaxed theme accurate? It looks a litte...small.

I believe it is accurate :) The relaxed theme has the least amount of high-scoring items.

I'm surprised things like the carpet and fluffy bed are not included in it.

Idk if it's been updated or something, but I just maxed out my Shiny Ramparados' Tough stat for the upcoming Contest and it took 32 Yellow Pokéblock+ II, not 26.

first of all, thank you xaandiir for making this super useful guide! i wanted to say that i used 18 yellow pokeblock II+ and 14 yellow pokeblock II on my Avaragon that likes sour, and she got up to max tough (but not max sheen): SO that probably means that option 2 for tough is indeed 18 yellow pokeblock II+ and 18 yellow pokeblock II? since she's got the flavor bonus. though my almost non-existent math might be failing me edit: update! I used 18 Yellow Pokeblock II+ and 19 Yellow Pokeblock II on my Azumarill here for max tough and max sheen. She likes dry and hates spicy.
