@Hope Star: It's just title of the theme. It doesn't mean anything any more than a real-life beauty contest with a theme would "mean" anything. @AspiringFiires: Happy to hear! ^^

@xaandiir That's not quite correct, the contest theme determines which dress-up items give you better results. You can see in this guide which items work best for each theme. As for how each item is scored, I have no idea.

For anyone that wants to know, I managed to max out my Lycanrock's tough stat by giving it 18 Yellow Pokeblock II+ and the rest in Yellow II. It maxed out the sheen as well so 18 is the minimum I believe ^-^

I'm so lucky this guide exists. It has saved my life multiple times with contests, and it's a necessity for me whenever contest sign-up comes around. Thank you so much, Xaandiir, for writing this guide.
