So I think that every sixty minutes you shuold get an egg from the shelter and then have upgrades for like 45min and even 30min.
~Extra stuff When you have hypermode you should get an egg every 20min and/or egg you get take less time to hach

I think the upgrades should unlock affter a player reaches a certian level
~Lv30 unlocks 45min
~LV50 unlocks 30min
~LV80 unlocks less hatch time
