Ongoing sprite updates

This is a bit of an info-dump post, so please excuse that.
A lot of the original Albino (Leucistic) and Melanistic sprites were made before we had a set list of specifications drafted out for what patterns we wanted them to follow or what things should be kept in mind when making them and, as such, they need to be re-done.
Thus far we've been going region by region - that may change, depending on the potential work output that is available. In other words, things may change in partials or all in one go, circumstances permitting the capability to do so.
Here is the list of regions with a general idea of progression on each:
In other words, be prepared for changes - even to those listed as "done". It's much less likely but if we find something wrong then we are going to have it fixed.
