Unfortunately not possible - PFQ doesn't really allow multiple evolution options without some arcane mutual-exclusive rules. That's why Petripeep works (it can't be male and genderless at the same time), but you can see it start to fall apart with Eevee (high Happiness in a Grass Field holding a Fire Stone and at max Affection = ?????eon). It would not work here, sadly.
