Regarding Rule Removal

#Rule 2; Regarding sprite revamps; please allow 24 hours since the update for owners of that Pokemon to post the sprite. In this 24-hour period, only owners of the Pokemon can post the sprite. After this period of time, anyone can post the new sprite.

The previous Rule 2 has been removed due to the amount of sprites that will be revamped and their availability through the Wiki. However, please still allow 24hrs for the owner of a NEWLY DISCOVERED (as in new to the site releases, such as new Tournament/MCW/New Game pokemon) pokemon to post it to the thread. This rule has not hchanged.
