They are conversion rates of different currencies. 330 small fighthing gems would be 660 GP unless you want them to be converted into 30 medium gems for less trades. Then it'll be 360 GP for the medium gems but, you lose a gem when converting them down to small gems.
Ah that makes sense, for some reason I remember seeing 12kcr/10gp and 120kcr/100gp on them and confused myself, sorry for asking lol
