Throwing in support as well, as an IV breeder and steadily prepping for a crazy melan hunt I'm dismayed to find that I misunderstood the master badge help entirely. While removing numbers does help increase the chances of 31 IVs its not as helpful as the work to get there makes it seem.
Looking for anyone who would be willing to IV breed Petal Maravol.
