Single post in Site background change

The global site background image will be changing on Sunday 24th. It's long overdue! Big change, so this announcement is to let you know it's coming :) The background image that was made for PFNew is coming to PFQ, since the one on PFQ is a bit old now. Please look forward to it! Note that if your site skin changes the background image, then you won't be affected.
