There's no special code like the [ pkmn=? ] code for the full-size sprites. You have to use [ img ] code instead, with the image URL for the sprite you want to display. On desktop, the easiest way to get that is to go to your dex, right click the image you want, and click "copy image URL" or "open image in new tab", then copy the URL. You can safely remove the "/t=#####" part after the ".png".
