If you mix a multitude of colors together, or even have certain colors in close proximity with one another, they can equate to different shades of browns sometimes. I think this has less to do with the fact "all melans are green and brown" and more so some users are honestly just upset the more unique color combinations for melans have been changed to more "standard" colors. (I do miss my purple Infernape...) Edit; This isn't meant to come off as mean spirited. Just understandably, actual colors aside, it doesn't per say change how users perceive them sometimes, myself included. ;-;
