Not sure if this has been discovered, but both albino and melan Right hand delphox do not have sticks in their mini sprites. I am unsure if it is the same with left hand albino and melan, since I do not have them.
Top Left: Right Hand Normal
Top Right: Albino Delphox (Right hand, no stick)
Bottom Left: Left Hand Normal
Bottom Right: Shiny Delphox (Right hand, Has stick)

I discovered this trying to show a friend that left hand fox has the stick in the left hand.
