Personally I've been being a mentor to new players for a while now I send a long paragraph of quick tips gift them a shiny or albino of there choice and help them with trade evos and answering any questions someone may have I think a mentor program would be great but at the same time I do have to disagree with the things some people have said for example why help only one person at a time like I've been doing 3-4 at a time and it works Also from what I've been reading it seems to me that once a player reaches a certain rank they no longer get assistance but even that makes no sense I mean even at master rank I still have questions about things
