Hi! First of all, I just wanted to say that this a very helpful guide, and I'm currently raising the stats of some of my pokemon. Secondly, do options 1 and 2 for maxing out stats make a difference? Like if 2 pokemon both have a maxed out stat, but one has less sheen than the other from using more +lll pokeblocks, does it make a difference?
