Yes! Just as I was about to give up on the Eevee mini-hunt I was doing I got a shiny!
I hatched him in a chain of 186. I have rather good shiny luck when it comes to radar only hunts. I also got my shiny ralts about 180ish eggs in. Still this is amazing, I even evolved a Gastly for wishforge and clicking hatch eggs before I realized I got a shiny.
