It's frustrating when you've got ideas you can't act upon because of a lack of funds. I've got some chocolate moulds from an advent calendar, I wanted to cut the moulds up into chocolate bar shapes so I could try making some Christmas themed chocolate bars (as I'd eventually want to present them as gifts in hand crafted wrapping) but we don't have enough chocolate for me to practice with. So instead I suggested making custom chocolates for the tree (since I'd be using less chocolate), wrapping them in tin foil/cling film and hanging them up. Again, despite having bought chocolate for something just like this, I can't use them. I know it's not my chocolate to use but it's frustrating. I'm the kind of person who wants to act on an idea the moment it's possible, so I can work to improve on it right away but life just won't let me do that most of the time. :/ *sigh* I'm starting work tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get some funds before Christmas that'll let me experiment with these ideas I have.
