Regarding evolving Eevee, all of the people who ask why their Eevee won't evolve into Sylveon when it has maximum Happiness (evolution prioritizes Happiness over Affection and therefore only shows options to evolve to Umbreon/Espeon; lower Happiness to evolve to Sylveon).
