Filled in most of Sei's NPC page. It's still lacking any background info though, since I have to leave for work.

Not only is some of the information incorrect, but NPC Pages should be reserved for staff. Especially staff-related NPC pages.

Ah, I see. There was no mention of this anywhere. ^^; Have my most sincerest apologies!
