Lynn returned Nicole's grin with one of her own, her amusement hard to hide. The silver-haired man following them still slightly worried her, but she knew that if push came to shove, she was agile enough to put her rapier to his neck before he'd be able to try anything. She'd overheard the innkeeper mention that the man wasn't welcome anywhere in town, so perhaps he was trying to tag along to avoid getting kicked out? --- Finally opening her eyes, the pain still not having left her body, Mizuki saw Odin cough up blood. "I'm sorry..." she said, unable to get out more than a whisper. Her own body had started trembling from the pain and she'd actually caught a few tears falling from her face, but it didn't matter to her. Odin had given her something that she'd longed for but believed she'd never have again; freedom. "Thank you." At his mention of going down the summoner's path, she initially shook her head, a soft 'no' escaping her lips, afraid of wielding such destructive power ever again, but then she grasped her necklace. The ruby reminded her that destruction wasn't all that summoning magic was good for.
