You decide to ignore the bag. Maybe it's a trap or maybe it's torn and unusable, and therefore discarded. You turn left down the road and continue your journey.
The sun is high in the sky now as you continue your journey to the king's castle. You come across a beggar asking for money, so you give her four pieces of gold. She thanks you over and over as you pass her by. You hear the clopping of horses a few minutes later and glance behind you before quickly moving to the side of the road. The carriage stops just ahead of you and an older man opens the door, glancing out at you. You haven't seen him before, and the carriage is not marked as one of the king's. He asks where you are going, so you tell him the truth. He offers you a ride until the next road, which would take almost an hour to walk by yourself, but you aren't sure whether to trust this man or not.
Do you accept his offer?
Take a ride in the carriage
Refuse and keep walking
Call me "Padfoot" please. They/them.
